Everyone has times when they feel good and when they feel bad. But if you look back on how you’ve been feeling lately, and you have been feeling bad a lot of the time, it might be a sign you need to do something about your mental health.
The good news is there are lots of things you can to try. Talking to someone you trust about how you feel is a good start. There are other things you can do too, like exercising, eating something healthy, doing something you love, spending time with people who get you, or getting a good night’s sleep. What works for you will depend on who you are. Why not experiment until you find the thing or the mix of things that you can turn to when things feel tough?
