So different languages and tips talking about PrEP - it's a need-based. Every patient has a different story, they have a different reason as to why they need to take PrEP. So then I have to really talk to them in that sense and tell them this is why you should take PrEP, these are the cons, these are the pros, these are the options what do you think. Because PrEP is a choice and one thing we're also empowering patients is to tell them that you have to be the one to decide that YES PrEP is important, this is why I should take it. We're trying to push for integration. You go to the hospital today it can be one of the assessment that is done. So that means you give people the education then you give them the choice to choose what they want. But also I have to say it's not easy to talk about PrEP because of the stigma around it. Because some people might take it as if you're branding them as if they're promiscuous. It happens. Please remember PrEP is a choice. It's a choice that everyone needs to make but also it's a choice where you have to first be educated and empowered to know what is PrEP, what is it about and tell people. Yeah and remember it does not prevent STIs, kindly use condoms
