Number one it's a vaginal ring that is used. One of the things people do to use it is actually, you either pinch it or you make a figure eight and then you insert it in the vagina when you're squatting or when you're lying down. That way it goes all the way to the cervix and it attaches there. With this prepping it actually doesn't need to be taken out when you're showering or before you have sex it acts locally on the cervix and prevents you from having HIV. It's kept there for 28 days. With this PrEP ring, I have to say that it only works if you're having receptive vaginal sex. It doesn't work if you're a woman and you're using it and then you have anal sex it's not going to work. If you're using drug injection, it's not going to work. So like I said only vaginal receptive vaginal sex. That's one, then we have the pills. This is just one pill a day. I'll show you how it looks like. It's not a big pill. It's just a blue pill. Take one tablet a day. This is another option that we do have. And of course we have the injection. I do not have it here but I wish I did. It's still in the pilot study so they're injectable. It's also very effective. All of them are equally very effective as options of PrEP. The very common question I get especially from women you know some of them ask I'm using the ring will I still use an IUD? Will I still use the pill? This is not a contraceptive. This is PrEP so it has to be used concurrently with other contraceptives for unwanted pregnancies. But also remember, don't forget actually to use barrier methods. Condoms are important. They will prevent the STDs. But this is also going to prevent now HIV
